Bob Green is on The Today Show right now talking about how to avoid yo-yo diet and regaining weight. He was introduced with the amazing credential as being Oprah Winfrey's personal trainer and nutritional adviser.
I spontaneously had to blog about this. Has anyone seen Oprah lately. She is bigger than ever. And she is the poster child for dramatic weight loss and regain. So he's going on and on babbling about the psychology of weight loss. I can't contain myself right now. He's an expert. His credit is Oprah Winfrey. I think I'll stay away from his advice.
Psychology, yes, it has something to do with weight loss. When you have gained a lot of weight , losing it is a challenge and takes the same type of determination as any grand task. But staying lean requires the proper food choices and I have a strange feeling Mr. Green has missed that class.
